UNITEK EPRAM -- EPROM Programmer
I probably purchased this EPROM programmer when I started developing my
ST-2900 computer system, so I could program
EPROMs containing different versions of my ST-MON monitor program for testing.
Later I used it to program several hundred EPROMs containing ST-MON for shipment
to customers. UNITEK
advertised
this EPROM programmer in '68' Micro Journal for several years.
UNITEK EPRAM features:
- 28-pin ZIF socket for EPROM being programmed or read
- 16-pin socket for personality modules (which I replaced with a ZIF socket)
- programs 2508, 2758, 2516, 2716, 2532, 2732, 2732A, 2564, 2764, 2528, 27128
- instructions provided for building new personality modules
- two LEDs to indicate when low voltage and high voltage supplies are on
- component ID's marked, but no soldermask
- gold-plated SS-30 bus connector
- cost U$125 assembled and tested
