D. P. Johnson (Dan Johnson) created a number of very useful software packages, as well as some hardware products.

Software products:

• SDisk: improved floppy disk driver for OS-9 Level I on the CoCo 2 (ad, user manual, disk image, source code)
• Bootfix: allows booting OS-9 from CoCo double-sided disk (usually included with SDisk)
• SDisk3: improved floppy disk driver for OS-9 Level II on the CoCo 3  (ad, user manual, disk image, source code)
• Filter Kit #1: wild card utilities, disk sector editor  (ad, user manual, disk image)
• Filter Kit #2: MacGen command macro generator, etc.  (ad, user manual, disk image)
• Hacker's Kit #1: disassembler (from file or memory) and related utilities  (ad, user manual, disk image)
• L1 Utility Pak: combination of Filter Kits #1 and #2 and Hacker's Kit #1, plus new utilities  (ad)
• L2 Utility Pak: improved printerr, software RAM-Disk driver, undelete, etc.  (ad, disk image)
• SKIO: hi-res (51x24) screen driver for CoCo OS-9  (ad)
• PC-XFER Utilities: read/write/format MS-DOS floppy disks, and transfer files between RS Disk BASIC and OS-9 disks  (ad)
